Anvt to rnc ticket booking करने के क्रम में मेरे account से balance काट लिया गया । मगर टिकट हमारा book नही हुआ। Ixigo के तरफ से sms भी मिला कि आपका amount refund कर दिया जाएगा 5 days में मगर मुझे अभी तक कोई भी amount प्रप्त नहीं हुआ है। More details please check my snap. In such instances, amount is auto-reversed by your bank in 5 days. If the amount is not reversed yet then please contact your bank once as they will be able to assist you better in this regard. I have booked train ticket and the payment is done... but the booking is still pending...from the website ixigo.com... pls pet me know if i will get the refund or not.???.. or how much time it will take to confirm the ticket.
