[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund amount not received

Dear team ixigo

I tried booking a train two weeks ago from your app which was unsuccessful for no reason. A message was received saying that refund will be sent in 5 days. But it is still not received even after two weeks. This kind o[censored]ndesirable behaviour was never expected from a company like you.

I want you to provide the refund as soon as possible. Find the details from screen shot attached.
