[Resolved] Ixigo — refund for a failed booking | |
Shivam, I booked a train to jodhpur from miraj but it was a failed booking at the end rupees 544 were deducted from my sbi bank account. The Ixigo app help center says : your refund will be generated within 5-7 days but 10 days have been completed and still the refund is not generated. The app is non responsive and no other way to contact the company.my trip Id: IXITR[protected] and payment I'd: FIYKPSYAVIKAOZY6J. Verified Support Oct 07, 2018 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi, Greetings from ixigo Please be informed that your full amount has been already refunded to your bank & we had also shared complete refund details with you over e-mail when you reached out to us. Please check your bank statement as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited. Be assured, there is no formality pending form our side.
