I booking train of ixigo app but it's not confirmed and my balance is deducted in my account .after 1 days ixigo massage me your balance is refund 5-7 days but not refunded after 15 days i tried many contact of ixigo helpline number but not answerd me so please help me. Verified Support Oct 03, 2018 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Greetings from ixigo We regret that your ticket could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a very rare scenario when railway servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount has been already refunded to your bank on 11th Sep, 18 and complete transaction details along with refund reference numbers have been shared over e-mail with you. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please check your bank statement to see the refund amount as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.
