[Resolved] Ixigo — refund issue regarding my flight cancellation | |||
Respected Sir, This is in reference PNR M7F39F and FGM3KH to the refund issue regarding my flight cancellation. Ixigo has not yet refunded the amount and is neither replying to any of my emails or phone calls. I had cancelled the tickets on 18th March, 2020. Still there has been no proceeding regarding the refund. I had cancelled the tickets before lockdown announcement, so the amount is expected to be transacted to my bank account. This aloofness on Ixigo's part is providing a chance for me to look down upon the company. It is making me doubt the efficiency of the platform. It will be very helpful if you kindly provide me with some genuine means to contact Ixigo.Please look into the matter so that the refund process is carried out at the earliest. As checked the refund for both the PNRs is initiated on 10th June and should be credited to the payment source on or before 17th June.
