[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund my money

I was booked ticket through ixigo on 18/01/2018 from thrissur to trivandrum on trivandrum mai for28/02/2018.But some technical error I was not completed it and my cash of Rs.450(225+225) was deducted from my account. A message got from ixigo that refund for your failed train booking will be credited to your account within ten working days.But no amount was refunded until yesterday.please consider my mail and refund my money back as early as possible
