I can't use this app so no more knowledge about this so my ticket is not book and i paid ur amount and not book my ticket so plzz refunmy amount
Shilpi, sorry! Booking for your agra cantt (Agc) - new delhi (Ndls) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] was not confirmed. Refund of rs. 1082.96 i m can't wait for 5 day plzz huryy up

Please be informed booking against the shared id is failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.

Rest assured! Your money is safe and will surely be refunded to your bank.

My self Hari i m booking for train ticket(Tambaram to vijayawada) on 2nd oct.payment sucessful 285/-rupees but ticket not confirmed. I want my money back. Already 4days completed. When u refund my payment amount. Pls @Hari thammu.Ph:-[protected]

I had booked ticket on dated 1st Oct 2018 by this ixigo app with booking id no IXITR[protected] but booking is unsuccessful and amount has not reflected into my account within 5 days as per company norms.the ticket which is unsuccessful booked in mau -anvt.

Respected sir, i tried my railway emergency reservation on 23 september and the company deducted the charges, after the booking was not occured then compay messaged me that they will refunnd my charges within 5 working day but i did n't get my refund yet my order id is IXITR[protected] so it my kindly request to further processed
Hello.. I ve booked train tickets for 2 adults to travel frm Chennai to Surat.. In humsafar 3Ac..due to some issues I wasn't able to book d tickets.. I tried doing the other time.. Twice my amount was deducted.. It's been 5 days since my booking failed.. Still I didn't get the refund amount.. Kindly note the issuse and resolve it soon.. Thanks..
