[Resolved] Ixigo — refund not given for approved tdr by ixigo | |||
Hello.. I had booked irctc train ticket (Rs 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed tdr on[protected]. Tdr accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. Tdr result show status like "cr aproved". However money has not been refunded by ixigo. Please refund the money. Train ticket information showing about tdr approved is given in photo attached. See in the photo that shows tdr aproved. Kindly do confirm this with irctc and give me refund. Mehul patel Contact no.
