[Resolved] Ixigo — Refund not processed after 30 days | |
I had a flight booking with ixigo which I cancelled nearly 30 days back. They told me originally it would take upto 15 days to process the refund due to COVID 19. After 20 days, I called them as there was no sign of the refund and customer care representative promised me that the refund will be processed in no less than 7 days After another 10 days, I called them again, they put me on hold for 20 mins and cut the line. There is no way to call them and they don't call back I tried messaging them through their app and they asked me wait another 15 days for an update! They told me to go get the airline's written confirmation for the refund and since I said it was unacceptable, they removed my booking from my bookings page entirely Absolutely pathetic and insulting behaviour from ixigo, who I've been using for more 2 years for all my travel Was this information helpful? | |
