[Resolved] Ixigo — refund not processed for canceled ticket | |||||
I had applied for refund request on 27 th march for canceling a flight ticket from hyderabad to chennai pnr no. Pfty5q. I got a mail from sasti on 27 th march 2018 that refund has been initiated. But still after 10 working days, refund is still pending. Wud request ixigo team to take quick action asap. Even after mailing to [protected]@ixigo.com, no response came.
