As per irctc refund credited to le travenues technology private limited for pnr number no [protected]. However the same is not yet credited to my card. Kindly expedite. Contact no [protected] transaction i’d is [protected]. Refund processed on 8th november by irctc. Why is the refund not yet credited to my card. I need this resolved immediately and credited to card by eod 28th nov 2019.
