Please sir mene 10.10.18 ki train ticket ki booking ki thi wo kisi karan es completed nhi ho payi thi es karan wo pending rh gyi or cancel bhi ho gyi thi pr mere balance bhi kt chuka h mene do baar try kiya dono baar bhi cancel ho gyi or balance bhi reduce ho gya or ticket bhi book nhi ho payi or na hi abhi tk refund mila h so please sir help me my refund balance

I booked ticket from bijapur to solapur on 14/10/18 ma payment got success but no tickt came, it shows like to wait for 45 mins for new status train went off still tickt is pending
