[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of 1917 is not done

Your app ixigo is showing that rs1917 is refunded but it is not added to the bank.. And no msg is given by you that it is refunded just your is app is displaying it... And it is also not there in bank transaction history that this type of amount has been credited... So look after this complaint asap... Jun 08, 2018 Updated by Abhijeet Geetey I've booked a train ticket from Nagpur to puri in 18422-AII PURI BI WEEKLY EXPRESS on 28th may, 2018.But unfortunately, the ticket was automatically cancelled due to some technical errors and it said that the amount of Rs 1917/- will be refunded within 5 days, but there is still no sign of such process yet.On checking the status of the refund I found that it was already refunded but I've still not received any kind of SMS of any kind of credit in my account yet. Kindly look after my refund process as it's been too many days & still no sign of refund in accordance with your refund policy.
