[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of cancelled train tickets | |
Sir/madam I tried booking tickets for BAngalore to kachegoda on 15/10/19 via ixigo app and my transaction was failed, but my money was deducted from account and the transaction was made through UPI to [protected]@axis bank.kindly look into this and solve this issue as soon as possible .I also have attached the transaction details .I asked my bank and they said to contact the concern team for it, kindly look into this matter. Transaction ID / Trip ID - 963MXZLGCYJLDYDSPU and 963LE3F1MU2KM4F3LD Refund amount - INR 5217.36 and INR 5217.36 We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 15 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
