[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of money | |||
Had booked my ticket through ixigo, now the train has been cancelled, but i m not getting cancellation option due to which i m not able to cancel my ticket and result of which not getting refund of money. Verified Support Feb 13, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Dhiyan, Greetings from ixigo! Thanks for writing in. Please be informed in case of cancellation of trains, an automatic full refund of fare on confirmed or RAC e-tickets shall be directly credited to the account from which booking transaction took place in 5 to 7 working days from the boarding date and online cancellation or filing of TDR shall not be required in such case.
