[Resolved] Ixigo — refund of the cancelled ticket | |
Respected sir, I've booked a train ticket from kannur to thrissur using ixigo train app on 14th of april 2018 sunday, order id ixitr[protected]. Due to some network issues the booking wasn't confirmed and the ticket charge was debited from my bank account. It was informed that the refund is on process and will be initiated in 5 working days. Now it's 22nd of april and so far i haven't received the refund. The ticket price was 290/- i hope you'll consider this complaint seriously and do the needfull. Was this information helpful? | |
