[Resolved] Ixigo — refund regarding enquiry | |||
Actually i booked a train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore through kcvl ypr ac express on (12.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. Saying it would be credited in 10 working days. It's already been 10 days and i have not received it when enquired they say it have been initiated to the bank and when checked i have not received it i want help regarding this refund...
