[Resolved] Ixigo — refund related

Sir i have tried to book a seat in train as on 11 mar 2019 from jabalpur to nizamuddin. Booking charges deducted from my account but booking failed. I have requested 4 times since 10 days to refund same money but still not any action has to be taken. I have also requested through email but matter is still pending.

I again request to solve the matter as soon as possible.

I am Neetesh Lodhi your customer since today I booked two tickets for neelesh Lodhi and arti and money is deducted which is 316 for reservation for date 17/03/2019 for maihar to sridham but it is not booked. So, I requested you to refund my amount and take an action since as soon as possible.

Hi, I booked a ticket from Visakhapatnam to Coimbatore through Ixigo trains and I would like to change my boarding point to Eluru from Visakhapatnam. Can you help me in changing the point as there is no option available on Ixigo Application. The travel date is on 28th March 2019.
