[Resolved]  Ixigo — refund trip id : if[protected]

Dear concern,
I want to check on my refund on the trip id : if[protected].
The flight has cancelled by spicejet due to covid19 and i have already spoken to airline they have processed the refund to agency (Ixigo).
Also i have spoken to your customer care they said refund will initiated in 5 to 07 working days, but now it's been 14 days i have not received the refund.

We would like to inform you that your booking has been cancelled and the refund is under process. Once we receive the refund from the airlines, the same will be initiated from our end will be reflected in your account within 7 days.
