Respected sir/madam, I had booked a ticket from chennai central to delhi nizamuddin on 23rd september for duranto express for the date 8th october. I cancelled suddenly as soon as my schedule was changed. But till now the refund is not processed. I didn't receive the refund it has been above 15 days please process as soon as possible.
