[Resolved] Ixigo — regarding my payment success but booking failure | |||
I was booking a train ticket in ananthapuri express for one adults in sleeper class train ticket amount us rs. 370 from nagercoil to chennai tambar, journey date 05/04/2018 after making payments i was redirected to irctc site where i put my irctc password again try password was wrong then i put forgot password then booking not confirmed then show payment success but booking failure.26/3/2018 failed booking now itself my money will not be refunded.. Amount has been deducted from my account and yet not refunded back.
It was my first time of booking e-ticket and such problems are generated
