I had booked 2 tickets today between 12 and 1am from ixigo. Amount 5714 has been deducted from my account. Bt no details regarding the booking and confimation msg has been received.. My email id [protected]@gmail.com Pls take immediate neccesary actions by either refunding the amount or confirming the bookings. Transaction ID / Trip ID - 985SV3OF1HOZHS8LIJ Refund amount - INR 5714.00 We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 17 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
