[Resolved] Ixigo — regarding train ticket cancelled-refund | |||
I had booked tickets to and fro from bangalore to coimbatore within april 2020, which got cancelled due to covid19. I followed up on refund not being issued yet and thus got a mail saying that the refund is already been approved. But till date no amount got credited in my account regarding this. Please check this and let me know asap. I am herewith attaching the refund transaction details i got in my mail as well as thecomplaint i raised. Was this information helpful? | |||
