I have booked a flight ticket on ixigo the money was deducted from my SBI NETBANKING but i dint receive the ticket. I tried calling up ixigo and yatra.com but i dont receive any help. I even mailed to them but they are least bothered. I want to take serious action against their service immediately. I had to waste a lot of time of mine due to the irresponsibility of ixigo and yatra.com. I have booked a ticket on 9th May 2017 tuesday using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but I have neither received ticket details via email or text message. No confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to get the same credited to my account asap..
I've booked a flight from Pune to Jaipur scheduled 7 June. At first the payment processing failed, but the amount of Rs 3953 is deducted from my SBI account. Secondly, ticket is confirmed, and again same amount is deducted. Please refund my amount back.
