[Resolved]  Ixigo — ticket amount not get refunded

I have booked 3 tickets from ixigo
The pnr number of those 3 tickets are as follows-

[protected]
The train journey date was 22/03/2020. The train was cancelled and we got a message on 23/03/2020 that the money amount will be refunded within 3-4 days.
As i contacted in irctc helpline they said the amount has been refunded on 24/03/2020 to ixigo. So i want to knwo the reason why it's not reflecting in my account. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
