[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket booking pending no status update | |||
I booked 6 tickets from visakhapatnam to howrah for 1st may, 2018 in howrah mysore express, order id (Ixitr[protected]). I booked on 28th may at about 1930hrs, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
