I have booked an air ticket from banagalore to mangalore for 29th november 2017 (Flight 6e902) for my son mr. Satya rashmit durugu yesterday and made the payment through net banking. After the payment was cleared from bank, i did not get any confirmation of ticket neither on the screen nor email id or the mobile number.
Today i checked with my bank and they confirmed that the payment has been made.
We are unable to reach their customer care.
We are shocked to note that despite receiving the payment no confirmation has been given on my booking till now. We need the confirmation of booking or refund of my money.
