I have cancelled my train ticket on 4th july with pnr: [protected]
And booking id: ixitr[protected]. The refund amount rs1210 has not yet been refunded and transferred to my account.

And also

I have cancelled my train ticket on 5th july with pnr: [protected]
And booking id: ixitr[protected]. The refund amount rs700 has not yet been refunded and transferred to my account.

Its been already 12 days got over. But still there is not status of refunding money to account. Pls do the needful as earlier as possible
