[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket cancellation and refund issues | |||||
I have booked a ticket in ixigo app which is redirect to my irctc account and it gone well. But unfortunately i have another schedule so i cancelled that train ticket successfully. Later i have received a message from ixigo that the amount is refund to your account with in 10 days sounds good. But i have received another message from irctc like please collect your refund amount from agent. Is this ixigo is an agent? I have booked my train ticket by using my debit card. Is ixigo transfer refund amount to my card? Was this information helpful? | |||||
