I have booked 3tickets on 14th october... I got a message after payment deduction msg disclosed below... Anushka, sorry! Booking for your meerut city (Mtc) - kanpur central (Cnb) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] is still pending. We will confirm the final status as soon as possible.in case your booking isn't confirmed, your money will automatically be refunded to your account within 5 days. For any queries please write to [protected]@ixigo.com Still i m waiting for my status... Didn’t get my money back... Now i booked my ticket on tatkal quota which is 800, 900₹ more costly than my normal ticket... My booking id is :meenaxisin... How can i get my money back nd the compensation amount.!!
