[Resolved] Ixigo — train ticket booking | |||
Hi good morning. I have booked train ticket on 17/12/2017 from ixigo app and money was paid rs of 720 due to exceed of time the ticket was not booked and i received a msg saying (Victor, sorry booking for your yresvantpur jn to raichur train with booking id: ixitr[protected] was not confirmed refund of rs 720 has been initiated and will be credited to your account within 10 working days. Its been more than 20 days still i didnt get my money back i request you to do the needfull thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked train ticket on 18/1/2018 from ixigo app and money was paid Rs1248 due to exceed of time the ticket was not booked and i received a msg saying (Rajesh sorry booking for your Chennai central jn to tata nagar train with booking id: IXITR[protected] was not confirmed refund of Rs1248 has been initiated and will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
