[Resolved] Ixigo — transaction done but ticket not booked | |||
I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it was not reflected or shown any details but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with le travenues technology was successful". Debited amount - 4616.38, date and time :26 feb 2020, 07:31 pm and transaction ref no:[protected], but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4616.38 asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
