Jabong.com — refund status

Dear sir/mam, i used the jabong website, placed an oreder (Order id[protected]-7669501) on 18th nov'18, using payzapp (A/c no.- in[protected] using card transaction. Due to some reasons i returned the product. They intiated the refundable amount of rs.1538 on 6th dec'18 with the bank reference number is[protected] but that amount isn't credited yet to my account. I made lots of calls to merchant and bank. The merchant said - "the transaction is successful talk to your bank side" they don't even tell about the bank in which they transfer the amount. Whenever talk to the bank they said - "there is no refrence id". They didn't resolve my problems till today. I don't know where is my credit and where i complaint.
