I had purchased anouk’s sandal of size euro 36 but i found the size to be small after it was delivered. Now i want to exchange this product but a message pops up saying the product can’t be exchanged at the address. I am very upset with the service of jabong. If i could get my things delivered on the same address then why can’t you people pick up the thing from my address. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because i am not happy with the service of exchange. ADVERTISEMENT

One product Jabong has refused to return even though I had returned the product in the given 15 days time frame and from the same place where the product was delivered.
this is a first time that Jabong has refused to take a return I am surprised that no explanation was even provided for the same
