Jabong — poor return policy | |||||
Sir/madam, As much as i love jabong, i am very displeased and disappointed with the return policy of jabong. I ordered 5 products on 10th november and got delivered on the desired date. But when i opted for return, my goodness its so horrible the delivery person takes many days for return, to reach my home. At first when i opted for returning the two products, the delivery person took almost 5 days to reach my home and also my return was declined but initially afterwards i got the message that the return was accepted but till now only one of my product amount is refunded. The other one is still pending. Moreover, i again opted for return about one different 3rd product out of the 5, since it was not good. But till now, no delivery person has reach my home to return the product. Jabong customers are getting decieved every now and then. Please ensure that everything is worked smoothly so that we the customers would be satisfied with jabong. Please help me to solve my issue fast, i would be forever in your debt. Thank you. On the 9/10/2018 I order The North Face Wind/Wp Hybrid Grey Outdoor Jacket and I received it on 16/10/2018 while receiving the product I didn't like it so on the 20/10/2018 I return the product but till today the 2/11/2018 I haven't received the refund money
