Jabong — refund not processed

I have purchase a product from jabong worth 2969.11Rs and returned the product and jabong has refunded my amount on 1st Jan but I have not received my refund yet. I have talked to jabong multiple times . But They fail to help me as they told that the refund has successfully processed from our end and now they are blaming my bank. Jabong has share an a.r.m number i.e[protected].They ask me to visit my bank branch and I have visited twice and stand in long queues but my bank said they dnt have detail of such transaction. My bank has rechecked twice. I have also shared my bank response pic.
