I bought 2 kurtis with rs 3132, apparently they had a sale on the day i bought the kurties. Now they are deniying to return the products. Return policy is the major policy of online shopping how can they change it for 4 days suddenly, without proper advertisements. They mislead the customers. They have cheated me. Conned customers in name of sale.
Jobong has created its business in india on the basis of trust by consumer on the policies of there company. Now suddenly they change the core policy.
Indeed one kurta set i recieved skirt instead of plazzo that i ordered. And now the customer care people are denying to return the kurties i bought.
