Jabong.com — crocs sandal | |||
I orders the crocs on 6th sept. It was supposed to get dispatched on 7th but it got dispatched on 8th. It was to be delivered on 12th but the courier service didn’t arrive for delivery and made a false remark of failed delivery. I immediately called the courier service asking about it to which they told me that they were not able to deliver as there map was not working and will be delivered on 13th or 14th. When i called the same courier service on 14th eve they said they are closed for next 10 days and don’t have the package with them. I called jabong customer care and asked them to give me the courier service details as i will hand pick the item instead of waiting for this too busy courier guys to deliver as per their convince but jabong doesn’t have any clue who are they courier services. Other online shopping suppliers at least provide specific contact details and at time give details of courier services. I had faced the same problem before but didn’t want to complain as it was their 1st time. But it has started to reoccur every single time and most probably it will be my last order with jabong. It is the 3rd day in waiting and most probably purchase the sandal physically instead of wasting time with them. Was this information helpful? | |||
