Jabong.com — delayed and not received order not refunding money

Hi,

I purchased some tops on 21st june 2019 on jabong.com. From that order one white top which was supposed to receive on 3rd jully 2019 is still not received to me.

I called there customer care 3 times till now. I emailed this complaint but they are giving only false commitment.

They are not refunding my money.

Today is 16 august 2019 still no update from jabong side.
Need consumer court help for this.

Order id[protected]-6874001 - Initiated return request been 6 months still they didn't pick up the product after multiple requests.Product is damaged still Jabong did not care to respond or initiated the return pick even after multiple follow ups.
