Jabong.com — delayed delivery and unable to track

I placed an order on 9th august for black textured regular fit chinos which has order id -[protected], and expected delivery date was 13th august and was supposed to be delivered by ml but i have not received it until now and i am unable to track my package too. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Hoping for prompt and efficient response.

My order with tracking numer MLJP6811104
MLJP6736368 is showing failed deliver status. Not even the courier boy called me or not informed if he is facing any problem in delivering the product
