Jabong.com — delivery unsuccessful status | |||
Hi, I ordered one dress with order id[protected]-4354501 from jabong and got damaged product with stain on it as i like that dress i requested for exchange product. I was not available to return product when picked up person called me and after that i checked the status and it was delivery unsuccessful. I tried to call the same person and he said there is no product with my name and number. I mailed jabong and they replied check with new product. Even i am not able to return it now as there is no option in details. Please do return and refund my money or exchange it asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

I've ordered dressberry 2 ankle jeggings with order Id[protected] 0170103 from jabong and I've already paid through online payment but I didn't get my order. They keep on sending me more than 3-4 times that your parcel is out for delivery but the delivery boy didn't come and didn't even call . First I ignored it because it happens sometimes that they couldn't deliver our product as time but it's been 5-7 days they didn't have send any notification or msg. At least delivery boy should inform that he couldn't be able to deliver. This is really annoying and I'm very disappointed with jabong services. Kindly do return and refund my money.
