I placed an order on 1st aug 2018, the product was delivered to me on 6th aug 2018 since the size did not fit me i put an exchnage the very same day. I returned the product on 9th aug 2018 itself. The first date as was shown on my portal was 12th aug 2018, then 16th aug 2018 then again it was shown 14th aug 2018 but nothing was done nor any msg or mail. Then i raised a complaint on 14th aug 2018 the team said that they will get back to me within 5 business days but nothing agin was done. Jabong team fooled me they didnt had the product for which i put an exchange from 6th aug 2018-20th aug 2018 in 15 days no exchange is done till now nor any update from the team. Today i again called up customer care and since ample time was given by me and team also took reasonable time and infact unreasoanble time causing me unnnecessary delay and inconvenience without any justification i finally asked them to cancel the product so kindly refund my amount asap since the team fooled the customer causing unnnecessary inconvenience. I want the refund of my product asap. I hope now the team doesnt cause me any undue delay in refund otherwise i have to take legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
