Order id [protected] Lee cooper brown moccasins - size 9 I want to exchange it with size 8 Or return it. The site says pick up is not available from my pincode. Or any pincode nearby... They mention that i can self ship. But that option is provided nowhere. "pickup service is not available on this pincode, please select self ship option below." This is written there, but no such option is provided anywhere on that page. In short, there is no pickup service and i can not self ship. In effect, that is no return!!!
