Jabong.com — horrible , pathetic and a highly unprofessional behaviour | |||
Twice my product has been returned without my permission despite getting a message that it will be delivered(Ordered on 17 July, 2018 and (3 items)out of which one got cancelled on the 19th and 2nd on 21st July).. It is a matter of deep regret that honest, valuable and regular customers are treated like this. 1.NOTHING WAS COMMUNICATED to me from the team's end. 2. 4 times i called the call centre and they still could not resolve the issue but only played with WORDS and WASTED my time. 3. HIGH levels of MISMATCH in the statements of the delivery executive and the support team, who gave lame reasons(which were not real) for product cancellation. 4. They only wasted my precious time WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION BUT only FALSE ASSURANCES. 5. Customer care calls are charged at high rates, with long pauses adding to the misery of the customer.. This is the worst behaviour that can be expected of any online shopping site that CLAIMS to be of such a high reputation.. I am sorry to say but I am deeply disgusted by your UNPROFESSIONAL, INAUTHENTIC and INADEQUATE behaviour that lands customers in a deep fix without any resolution. If the MATTER REMAINS UNRESOLVED and UNCOMPENSATED FOR, I will BOYCOTT Jabong and will articulate the same to ALL MY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES and make sure that they DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE SITE EVER AGAIN.
