Jabong.com — i didn't get my shipment and shipment has returned to origin | |||
I ordered my product (Roadster grey sneakers) with order number [protected] and tracking id[protected] on june 6th and expected delivery was 22 june but my shipment was reached courier facility on 11th june so they call me to receive my order but i wasn't able to collect my order se they said it's ok they will send a courier boy but no one is come to deliver my product so i called jabong customer care to look into this matter but care executive told me that the ecom courier service has said that i rejected my shipment, how is it possible if my shipment didn't reached its destination? How i rejected my shipment if i didn't get call from them or they don't meet me? So the care executive said ok he will complaint a letter against ecom express and wait for till 22 june because expected delivery was 22 june so i waited but on 19th june i got message from jabong that my shipment was returned to its origin how could you do that? Even expected deliver was 22 june how could you return your shipment on 19th june? Even my tracking id don't show my shipment near me how could you return your product. I also loss my voucher worth rs 400 i think now i have to purchase that product on higher amount please look into this matter and again send me my shipment on same amount please it's a request from your beloved customer. Same thing happened with me today . After the courier service failed to contact me on first attempt, they didn't even had the courtesy to reach at my address which was my residential address . They returned the parcel to the vendor before the fixed delivery time . Now sending mails and calling the jabong customer service . DISAPPOINTED .
