Jabong.com — im complaining about the defective item delivery

Just logging my account and get to know that you guys just locked my
Account, then i remember that you guys looted me by sending a # piece of
Clothe and when i asked for the return and replace you guys ignored me, i
Have try to contact you via all ways but you guys just ignore the issue and
Locked the account, don? T know why you guys do that, being a part of
Biggest e-commerce company you guys have to take care of each customer
Problem but instead of that you act like the road side shop you guys made
Many excuses from transferring the call to start the investigation but i
Didn? T get what i want to from last 2 years, i? M still regretting for
Ordering from @jabongindia, but team donât you think its time for the
Satisfactory resolution from your side.
Speak you case manager several times but along with your social media team your case manager are also unhelpful, im tired of asking help from 2 years.
Kindly team now take this issue priority and help me to get my money back from jabong.

I have attached pictures from asking account number to declining the refund, now jabong team declined that
