Bought the following product from Jabong.Invoice is not there. ORDER ID[protected]

Suitcase developed a crack during transit in flight and Mira Road service centre of samsonite cannot take request without Invoice. Jabong.com web portal is showing genuine purchase history with all the details .Invoice Jabong cannot give after 2 years (have an email from the company).Suitcase is still within warranty but only 2 months remaining.If such reputed company like Jabog cannot coperate in giving invoice by email then whom to trust?Any normal company must have 3 years historical data and archive of bonafide purchase and Invoice .But they are denying to give as result Samsonite cannot replace the defected product.
