Jabong.com — no response from customer care | |||||
I have ordered one product from this site 20 days before still product has not recieved & also when we are sending mails to customer care regarding the status. No response i have escalate my issue to chief manager he is also not responding. Really i am fed up with this useless site & use less customer care team. Even still i am sending continous mails to chief manager of jabong he is also atleast not reverting a single reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered product 3rd oct 2018 and cancelled from jabong, and refund initiated on 7th oct, and today is 20th i have not got my refund, i have call so many times buy they say send screenshot of payment, i have e-mail them but but reply from there also, please help
