I have ordered 4 items on 6th of June the order I'd number is 111167539458110307101.1 item was delivered on time.other 3 items were supposed to be delivered to me by 15 th june.i have made more than 10 calls to jabong in the last 20 days.the issue has not been resolved yet.They do not even bother to get back with an update.Every time the answer is the same.please wait for 48 hours, we have escalated your complaint.And after 48 hours I call them back again, the cycle repeats.Their superb customer care executives tell me that the order cannot be cancelled from their end and that I should refuse delivery as and when the product comes to my place.How is that even a logical thing to say, I don't realize.i want my money back.its been more than a month now.its really exasperating to ask for refund so many times Was this information helpful? | |||||
