Jabong.com — not received the refund of the return order

I had placed an order by the app jabong.com
I had recieved a wrong product.
I requested to return it. On the next day the person from jabong oicked it up but the detailes were not modified in the application. As well as i didnt get any refund in my account.

The return request is from 4th feb 2019
I am trying too get help from the app but no help was prvided and my reason was not listed in it. I had to search a lot beacuse of it. The app is also not working properly. The photos are not loading in it of the product and i am not able too see my product. I hope that i get some help.

I have orderd a sky bags on 3june and expected delivary is 13 th june and delayed. now their is no any information from the company about delivary.i have paid the money at the time of order. my only request is delivery it fast or refund my money.
and about costumer care saying daily one reason about delivary it is not fare.
